Free Nonprofit Booths:

Free booths are provided for nonprofit and community agencies who want to reach out to youth. Approximately 28 organizations are signed up to attend. To encourage youth to visit these booths, youth are provided with a “Passport” when they enter Youth Fest. This passport includes all of the non-profit agencies in attendance. Agencies "stamp" each youth passport when the youth stops by their booth. Youth who complete their passport have the opportunity to win prizes through drawings.

Sponsorships:

We are seeking business and organizations who may be interested in supporting this youth event through sponsorship. Sponsorships for Youth Fest are available at the $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000 levels. In addition, booths for businesses who may want to promote their services and goods at the event are $150. (Note: Booths are included for all sponsors.)

Mingle Sticks:

The MingleStick will hit the ground at this year’s Youth Fest 2010 - the first youth event in Loudoun County featuring this amazing technology! For every MingleStick sold at the event, $2.00 will go to Loudoun Youth.

The MingleStick is akin to an electronic business card.  With a simple click of a button, people connect with each other and exchange contact info and their favorite social media profiles including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and MySpace.  The MingleStick, which you can purchase at Youth Fest for $20, is fun, simple, and creates a ton of buzz!
