Loudoun Youth Study 2006

Conducted by George Mason University for the Loudoun Youth Initiative, this study states, “Overall, leaders in Loudoun County are to be commended for their vision and planning efforts. This research foundation serves as a sound basis upon which to help the county’s youth initiatives move forward.
